Charles gives Franklin Lecture on Moving towards Excellent Education

Charles gave the annual Franklin Lecture of the Worshipful Company of Educators.

He addressed the success of the London Challenge in raising the standards of London schools, and contrasted it with the idea that reviving grammar schools could improve education quality.
